Upgrade Home Inspections, focuses strictly on home inspections and related services such as radon and water testing, including Dutchess & Westchester mandatory water tests. We provide thorough inspections with detailed reports issued “same day” as inspection. We always go the extra mile to inspect all aspects of the home including difficult areas like crawlspaces and roofs. We prefer to walk roofs but also use a drone for unsafe or inaccessible roofs to make sure we get eyes on them.

As a son of a general contractor/builder, I started working on homes at a young age and grew up renovating and building homes. With over 20 years of experience in various aspects of the construction field and the past 10 years in the real estate industry, investing in and flipping houses throughout the Hudson Valley. We are first-time home buyers & investor-friendly and can provide the necessary knowledge to help understand and maintain any home purchase.
